Bruce Nichols, President/Safety Director | (727) 463-3075

Bruce has served as President of Gardner-Watson Decking, Inc. since founding the company with his brother Geoff in 2005. In addition to overseeing company operations, he became an OSHA-authorized 10 and 30 hr. construction course trainer and added the title of Safety Director. His knowledge of quality fall protection products is enhanced by working with safety product manufacturers to test new products in the field. Bruce’s outside interests are primarily family, travel, and sports oriented.

Geoff Kress, Vice President | (727) 463-3074

After founding Gardner-Watson Decking, Inc with his brother in 2005, Geoff has concentrated growing the business from cultivating new relationships. Geoff currently sits on the Steel Erectors Association of America board of directors and serves as SEAA’s treasurer. Geoff is the senior estimator and salesman for GW Deck and looks forward to providing excellent service to his clients. Outside of work Geoff enjoys boating, travel, hockey and most of all spending time with his 11-yr. old daughter Jordan.

Jason Kulvinskas, Sales and Project Management | (727) 463-3078

Jason joined GW Deck in March, 2008 and has been establishing new relationships as the company has grown.  He also manages his projects and interacts directly with our field crews.  He is active in project scheduling and manpower requirements.  Jason enjoys meeting new customers and helping them meet their budget and schedule.

Will Nichols, Project Manager

William is a Project Manager at Gardner-Watson Decking, where Will oversees manpower, logistics and safety to ensure projects finish with zero safety incidents, under budget and on-time.

After graduating from The University of North Florida in 2009 with a bachelors in Economics, Will joined the Gardner-Watson team in 2010. Since then, Will has worked in various roles throughout the company garnering a broad overview of daily operations.

In Will’s personal time he enjoys traveling, kayaking, snowboarding, golfing (fore) and staying active.

David Miller, Project Manager

David Miller joined the GW Deck Team in April of 2018. Dave graduated from Buffalo State College earning his B.S. in Sports and Fitness Management. Moved to Tampa in 2016 looking for opportunity and enjoys being active in the warm Florida Climate.

As a Project Manager for GW Deck he helps to assure quality and timely completion of projects. And helps GW Deck achieve its overall goal.

Jeremy McAllister, Field Safety Director

Jeremy joined GW Decking in April 2015 as a field safety manager and later promoted to field safety director. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University including over 15 years’ experience in construction project and safety management. Some of his duties include training workers on Hilti tools, aerial lifts, forklifts, first aid/CPR, and performing 10 & 30 Hour Safety training as an authorized OSHA trainer.

Rey Diaz, Field Safety Manager

Rey Diaz is a graduate of Carl Albert State College in Oklahoma, where he received an associates in Occupational Safety and Health. Joined GW Decking in July of 2017 as field safety manager . He has work experience in construction and manufacturing. His certifications include: OSHA 10 and 30, aerial lift, first aid/cpr, forklift, hilti, and incident management system. Rey’s goal is to educate, train, keep everyone safe, and breaking the language barrier in the workplace.

Jim Jones, Field safety

Jim has been working in the field with Gardner Watson as a deck installer since March of 2014 and has been promoted to field safety in 2018. Jim has certificates in CPR/First Aid, 30hr OSHA, Aerial Lifts and Forklifts.

Carla Williams, Office Administrator

Carla joined G&G Distributors as a customer service rep in June 2006 and has since added the roles of purchasing, project support for GW Deck (certified payrolls, OCIP/CCIP, certificates of insurance and other project documents). Carla also oversees all shipping, is our in-house notary, and special projects coordinator for the company. Outside of work, Carla enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and doing nails.

Dan Haney, HR/Recruiter | (813) 891-9849

Dan joined GW Deck in September 2015. He started part-time on payroll and his position has grown to encompass HR and Recruiting. Dan also provides initial safety training to new employees. Taking care of our field employees helps them to provide Safe, Precise, and On Time service to our customers.

Katie Logue, Project Coordinator

Katie Logue is a project coordinator for Gardner Watson Decking. She manages all hotel, rental equipment, materials, and maintenance on the vehicles, for the guys in the field.Katie has been working for the construction industry since 2012.
