The safety of all Gardner-Watson Decking employees is our biggest priority. We want our employees to work in an environment that promotes safe work practices. Every worker has the right to go home after every shift in a healthy condition. Therefore, GW Deck has invested heavily in the equipment and training necessary to accomplish this goal.

GW Deck follows all guidelines set forth in OSHA Subparts M and R regarding fall protection. We adhere to a strict 100% tie-off policy when actively installing deck.

We are excited to announce that we earned the World Class Safety award from SEAA for 2022 as well as 2023. Our current MOD rate is .61 with over 400,000 hours in 2022.
